  Exceptional service the store was clean also I didn’t have to stand in line longer than 2 minutes although walking in the store was initially crowded.

  I have been using the Berwick UPS Store for 3-4 years. This is an excellent shop. Their staff is always helpful, knowledgeable (or will find things out), efficient, polite and fun. They go out of their way to be helpful to their customers. I grew up in a family business and have had two of my own businesses. I’ve been in customer service as part of what I’ve done in various forms since I was 14. I have never seen a business with workers who were so universally knowledgeable and helpful. And they appear to enjoy what they do. I can’t know for sure but this makes me think that Kenny, the boss, has created a positive environment for the staff. I was initially with another UPS Store closer to my home but left that business because they were the exact opposite of these folks. I’d rather drive a bit farther and get better service for my money.
