    I love this UPS store - I’m always greeted with friendly faces! The store hours are helpful to those with day jobs. Keeping a box there has been a great decision - I always receive my shipments in damaged and on time.

    I have gone to this location several times for sending and receiving documents. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Particularly, there is a young woman on staff there named Claire who is outstanding!!! I would highly recommend this location for any of your mailing and document needs đź‘Ť

    Owner Jon Boothe ows me refunds for two prepaid labels that were unused. I spoke with him months ago and also emailed him the tracking numbers of the unused prepaid labels and envelopes. I have also called his store number numerous times, however no one answers and phone automatically goes to voicemail. I will contact Corporate next week if I do not hear back from the owner. J. Meyer.
