  I drove out to drop off a package, only to find that they decided to close up shop. Website says they should be open. Other UPS stores I call say they should be open, but are reportedly notorious for arbitrary store hours. If playing roulette with your time and gas money is your thing, this is the place. It's not mine.

  Horrible. Paid to ship something to a UPS store and was charged 5 dollars when I picked up. Was never notified anywhere about it until I picked up.

  Came in this morning 4/8/26 with a package I’m not good on electronics the young girl asked for the QR code she was alittle helpful but she didn’t know how to help so I called Walmart customer service had him on speaker and while I was trying to get help the older lady RUDELY says to me can I turn that down!! I’m looking around and it was just me and an another guy that just came in!! I had already told her the older lady what I was doing before the guy even came in!! She was just RUDE and NOT HELPFUL and SYMPATHETIC to someone that OBVIOUSLY NEEDED HELP!! I Will NOT go there again!! Went across the street to FedEx and RECEIVED WAY BETTER SERVICE!!!
