Ordered online, went to pick up the order and the employee stated he did not have the ingredients and could not fill the order and would refund. There were 4 different subs, I guess he was out of all ingredients. No refund received cannot get them on the phone.

Do not waste your time!
I placed an online order for this Walmart location because I was already coming to the area. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:35 PM. I arrived around 1:20 PM and saw a sign stating that the staff would be back in 10 minutes. I went to take care of my business, which took about 25 minutes, and returned only to find the same sign still posted and my order nowhere in sight.
I waited another 15 minutes, spoke with Walmart staff, and eventually had to leave because I was on a time constraint. After finishing my business, I returned and found that the staff had finally come back.
As soon as I walked up, one of the employees asked if I was there to pick up an online order. I said yes, and she informed me that they were out of the bread I had ordered—which wasn’t even an issue because I was planning to request a refund for that item anyway. She then claimed that she had been waiting for me to arrive so she could tell me about the bread. That simply wasn’t true, as I had already been there and waited nearly 40 minutes before leaving.
When I asked for a refund, I was told that I would have to come back the next day when the manager was there because no one on site knew how to process a refund. Another employee then called the manager, who insisted that I cancel the order myself through the app. After showing the staff that the app did not provide an option to cancel the order, the manager still insisted that I use the app.
In the end, the manager supposedly took my phone number and said they would call me. I left with no food, no refund, and a whole lot of excuses, misinformation, and poor customer service.
This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend ordering from this location.

I arrived and the order was not ready at the stipulated time I had to wait half an hour more and the 2 sandwiches footlong I ordered they were chicken and you can only see 3 small pieces and when he gave me the sandwiches was a very rude person
I went to buy around 6:30 in the afternoon and there was a sign that came back in 10 minutes I went and did some shopping at the Walmart and I came back approximately 40 minutes and followed the same sign and the person in charge saw us and continued sitting on the cell phone in the back of the fridges then I placed an order for the application and they tell me to go through the order in 25 minutes and arrive there at the stipulated time and there was nobody at the counter and ask someone comes out of the attract he does not had seen the order.

Was with a friend who made an online order almost an hour before they were supposed to close and the order went through. Paid and everything. When I showed up to help pick up the food, they had closed over 30 minutes before they were supposed to. Meaning someone must’ve left the online orders on, and when trying to get a refund, no one is answering. Big sad, just wanted subs.
