  The customer service here is HORRIBLE! I placed an online order for in store pickup. I was ordering for my client. I forgot to ask for it to be cut, so I asked when I arrived at the store. That’s when the problem started. I had to explain to them why I needed the sandwich cut. They started talking amongst themselves and finally cut it in half. Then proceeded to say ‘next time put it online’. I didn’t let that bother me so I went on to fix the drink. I bought in the clients cup so that I could transfer the drink so that it wouldn’t spill. I used the cup I was given to pour the drink into the cup. The guy then runs from behind the counter insinuating I was stealing ICE… I told him I was just transferring the drink from one cup to the other. I payed for it so why couldn’t I do that. I threw the cup away and told him I would never return. He answered “that’s fine”. I was very offended. You can’t treat people any kind of way when we are the ones paying your salary…

  Very clean and spacious environment. Rest rooms, dining area & drink station was very clean . We sat down and ate and it was very cozy . Love it here for me and my family I’ll be back

  I was just in this place today 08/02/2026. Upon entering the restaurant I was being rushed to order. No hello or hi how can we help you. The guy with the dark patch on his face was so rude. This guy wad just throwing my sandwich together. I had my hand out for my receipt, but it was drop in my bag.The new owner needs to hire people friendly faces. Sorry I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. People should be served with friendly and positive energy.

  Very bad. Both bathrooms were out of order and the staff were very rude. Our sub was not as per order. There was only lettuce and a lot of salt in the veggie delight. They were using curse words at a young boy who had placed an order before us and when he told them he understands their language, they started shouting and asked him not to come back to the store.

  generally not fresh and they be cussing people out in they language. proceeded to throw a screaming fit saying never come back here when i called out the bad words directed towards me and other customers🤷‍♂️
