Left my package of hundreds of dollars worth of furniture outside my apartment complex on the street. Despite being provided with an entry code and specific instructions. They also left all other tenants’ packages out on the street. Incredibly inconsiderate delivery. I hope they are held liable when things go missing as nothing was delivered properly!

I had a wonderful experience at FedEx thanks to Emily! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was packaged and processed correctly, and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. It’s rare to receive such outstanding customer service, and Emily truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making my visit so easy—I really appreciate it!

John is the best - he helped save my final project and was super friendly the whole time (even though I made a mistake with the file I sent in) he worked with me to solve the problem. Honestly everyone on staff seemed to be working super hard, this is a great location for printing needs!
