  Fedex was able to reduce my large military retirement certificate to a colored 8 1/2 x 11 and it looked great!!! Thank you Chloe for the wonderful service.

  The drop off box is super convenient. I dropped off a couple packages in the drop box this time and wasn’t sure if it went through, so I went to the desk and the employee was so friendly and throughly checked to make sure the packages were properly scanned. Usually there’s not too long of a line either.

  Exhausting. It’s interesting because this is not the first time I have experienced this so three stricks and your out. I have been using FedEx when it was a Kinkos and I take my money and time seriously. I am patient but this location is terrible. If you have someone that helping others then someone else should say hey do you need help because when you go into a print shop you maybe there a while. Well I’m in at the con yet because the other counter people are clearly shipping and getting help. I used self help so what I need was from their machine error. So the young lady came to assist me but she asked someone else for help but there was someone working on a job she could have just acknowledged ma’am do you need help. So will I go to FedEx yes the one downtown when o am in town but definitely the ones when I am in Atlanta or Macon I never have this issue. But I’ll keep my coins, just do better.

  They have an amazing staff. I placed a door sign there and Albert was so helpful with helping me figure out what kind of sign and the measurements I would need for the type of door the sign is for. He was very patient and took his time with assisting me! When I came back to pick up the sign from being ordered, I had the pleasure of Holly being the person to assist me. She was very professional and understanding! Miya is another young lady that works there and always greets you with a smile! Now days going to stores you don’t find associates that act like they want to help you with anything! Coming to this location has really made me say I will always come here for shipping, and printing needs. Thanks for such a great experience and keep up the great customer service!!🤗
