  They don’t have access to Military bases and if you live in an enclosed neighborhood they probably won’t call you and you’ll get a notification by DHL that you weren’t present at your residence. It’s taken a week already and I still don’t have my package and it’s been out for delivery for ever. Just use the option to pick it up yourself. On a side note, the supply SGT ordered something through the ARMY that got shipped through them, said it got delivered, but never did we get the package.
