  I enjoy the workers, they are all knowledgeable and helpful when searching for parts. Store has almost everything you need when it comes to maintenance and repair.

  I had to do a last minute oil change for my neighbor who drives 45 minutes to work every morning I know I was pressing for time but I called at 8:47 and asked for what I needed which was a oil filter wrench and if they could bring it to the counter and I can just come in and check out the lady on the phone said I’ll see you when you get here. I arrived 4 minutes later at 8:51 and the doors was locked and the associate Isaiah came around the corner with the till already counted which ment they already had been closed which pissed me off completely I’m tired of being treated like no one cares if you don’t wanna work quit…!! If you advertise closing at 9 then why are the doors and till already counted 10 plus minutes prior

  I love Advance Auto, 8704 Abercorn! Just yesterday I had to get new windshield wipers so of course this is the only store I'm going to. Found out mine were still under warranty so no charge! The wonderful Hershell jumped in to do the work but first, seeing I was buying a bottle of water because I was sweaty, wouldn't take my money! He just looked at the manager Christina, said no charge right? And she said yep no charge! So I had a big bottle of cold water, chatted with Christina until Hershell was done. I know this is long but my point is this, over all the years I've been coming here, this is typical of how I'm treated. Always friendly, respectful & so much courtesy. You can buy auto stuff from a lot of places in Savannah. But you're not going to get this level of customer service. Christina runs a tight ship & always makes sure customers are treated right. Love you guys, I'll be back!❣️❣️❣️

  Went in last night around 4:30-5:00. The associate at the register had to have been the rudest, most disrespectful, belittling, and over all least helpful person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.
