“I called ahead on 4/2/26 to place my order, and the manager told me they wouldn’t start preparing it until I arrived. He also came across as irritated and unprofessional, audibly sighing instead of providing basic customer service. By the time I walked in, I still placed a combo order, only to find out they had no bottled water or any non-carbonated drink options, so I had to leave without a drink.
To make matters worse, when I checked my bag, the bottom was soaked with grease, and my order was missing ranch—there wasn’t any blue cheese available either. This experience was frustrating and far below expectations. This is not the Wingstop way, and definitely not the level of service customers should receive.”

Horrible customer service. Food is not made fresh. I put it in an online order and called two minutes after placing the order to change flavors once I got to the restaurant the young lady at the Register said oh yeah, they couldn’t change the flavor because your order was already made. So my order was made in two minutes? She was very rude and unprofessional will not be returning.
