  I come here often and have always had a great experience. I wanted to leave a review today because I watched the manager ( I think) deal with a slightly difficult customer very professionally. I was impressed with his patience and kindness even when the customer was hard to work with. Great location and all the staff are nice and good at their jobs!!

  I visited the store today after shooting them a call to ask if they have luggage shipping tags and zip ties. They helped me in a professional manner. They answered my call right away. They were kind and helpful. I give this store a five star review.

  This is not a negative review for the female sales associate who assisted me. This is a one star review for UPS store. They are a horrible organization. I contacted them inquiring about a mailbox. All I asked for is how much does it cost? I should’ve known. The individual who answered the phone told me that they can’t quote prices over the phone now. I know why these people are insane. A mailbox personal mailbox cost $200 for six months and $400 for one year. Are you out of your freaking minds? This is for individuals who are seeking a mailbox so you don’t waste your time if you don’t want to pay that amount of money for a freaking mailbox.

  There is a young lady at this location who is always so kind and helpful when I come in. A “no problem” attitude. Everyone here is nice, she just happens to be the one who services me often.
