    Prince, Latrice and Aubrey are excellent employees and so much fun to see every time I need UPS services. It is absolutely nothing like USPS where it seems many (not all) are upset and miserable.

    Antonio and Haven were great. I showed up at a bust time, but they took care of everyone quickly. They were kind and explained all my shipping options, got me set up and on my way.

    The staff of this store is Amazing!! I didn’t realize they closed at 3 pm. I walked in at 2:50 pm with multiple large awkward art pieces I needed to ship. They worked together and strategized, trying multiple boxes. They padded everything so well and didn’t even fuss when I jumped in and started getting bossy! I’ll be back to this location because the customer service is amazing!! Prince and team ROCK!
