  Customer service was super friendly, responsive and helpful. I had an issue with an Amazon return and Haven especially helped me troubleshoot it! Will be back for other services

  I typically do not enjoy visiting UPS Stores, but Antonio and Ayanna provided exceptional customer service. They were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit, making the experience a very positive one.

  I stopped by for an Amazon return and had an excellent experience. The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in and assisted me with genuine kindness and professionalism. The store was clean, inviting, and had such a pleasant atmosphere that I almost forgot I was in a UPS Store. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!
