  Cami and Jalen were fantastic! They helped me ship a package internationally and made the whole process easy — walked me through the customs forms, got everything packed and labeled. They were super friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Best shipping experience I've had in a long time. Highly recommend this location!.

  Idk who is in charge but I couldn’t get an answer from Jalen. Worst cust service ever, answered all my questions with an attitude when I just asked for clarification and kept mumbling under his breath. When I asked him what it was he kept saying under his breath he responded “I’m not talking to you. I’m talking to myself. Why did you think I was talking to you.” Very weird and disrespectful behavior.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Cami at DHL. She was incredibly friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me throughout the entire shipping process. This was my first time handling an international business shipment, and several documents and shipment details needed to be corrected. Cami carefully explained everything, answered all of my questions, and helped me make each necessary change. What impressed me most was that it was already Saturday and she had technically finished work, yet she still took the time to stay and help me complete the corrections properly. She never made me feel rushed and remained warm, patient, and attentive the entire time. Cami went far beyond what I expected and turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a smooth and reassuring one. Her professionalism, kindness, patience, and exceptional sense of responsibility truly represent customer service at its very best. DHL is extremely fortunate to have someone like her. I cannot thank Cami enough, and I would give her far more than five stars if I could. Highly, highly recommended!
