  At 80 years old, I don't always understand all the lights and gadgets they put in cars these days. When a warning light popped up on my dashboard, I headed over to Advance Auto Parts hoping someone could help. A very kind young man came out, took the time to check everything, and explained it all in a way I could actually understand. He was patient, respectful, and genuinely happy to help. It's easy to hear negative things about younger generations, but this young man reminded me that there are still plenty of good people out there. Julian's kindness gave me a little more faith in the future. I'll definitely be back when it's time for new windshield wipers—or anything else my old car decides to throw at me. Thank you for the excellent service and for treating an old fellow with such respect.

  Brought my daughter here because of a dead battery. The two women working on Father’s Day went above and beyond to help me get her back on the road. This is when we discovered she had a bad battery terminal. I can’t thank them enough. They truly made this experience great!

  I had a bad experience at this store. The saleswoman who served me was very rude and treated customers poorly. I couldn't see her name because her ID was covered. If you ask me, I wouldn't go back.

  I received amazing care, especially by Chloe. I went to two other advance and cannot get a return done. Coming into here it took a matter of minutes. It’s worth driving a little extra miles. Chloe and Phillip were kind and smiled and I felt welcomed even though I was returning and a pain in the rear without a receipt. Excellent service!

  Collin and Phil were wonderful! They helped me replace my windshield wipers and provided excellent assistance throughout the process. Both gentlemen were very kind, answered all of my questions, and delivered outstanding customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Wonderful service all around!
