  I had an amazing experience at this Cricket store! The customer service representative Mia was a wonderful lady who went above and beyond to help me. She was patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and never made me feel rushed. It's rare to receive customer service this genuine these days, and she truly made my visit enjoyable. Cricket is lucky to have someone like her representing the company. Thank you for making my experience so easy and stress-free!

  The staff at the store are polite and helpful for the most part. However, the plans were not fully explained to me. Also, porting out from this company was extremely time consuming and difficult. The staff at the store was not able to do it, and a customer has to call a cricket number to port out. I do not recommend using cricket wireless as your phone carrier.I was with this wireless phone carrier for many years.

  Hard to port out . They do not tell you this when you sign up . The first try took 3 1/2 hours and was not successful. The 2nd attempt took 11/2 hours and was finally successful . Also, all options for their plans were not fully explained.

  At first the man was helpful, about 15 minutes into trying purchase a new service. He gets on his personal phone and kicks back up against the wall and was completely unhelpful, we just gave up and walked out. He wasn't even helpful after we wouldn't just hand over 900 bucks for a older model iPhone.
