  Hard to port out . They do not tell you this when you sign up . The first try took 3 1/2 hours and was not successful. The 2nd attempt took 11/2 hours and was finally successful . Also, all options for their plans were not fully explained.

  At first the man was helpful, about 15 minutes into trying purchase a new service. He gets on his personal phone and kicks back up against the wall and was completely unhelpful, we just gave up and walked out. He wasn't even helpful after we wouldn't just hand over 900 bucks for a older model iPhone.

  Went in to see if they could help me. I've been a diehard Verizon And before before that cellular one customer. But times are tough and $168 phone bill is just to much so I went here. Got 2 lines of service 2 phones HBO Max and hotspot for $100! Judy was the person that waited on me and she was so patient with me. I owe her a lot she literally had to call Verizon and get them to release my number and everything. Thanks for the great service!
