  New to the area. Convenient store location. Staff was not pleasant, felt rushed. I was the only customer in the store, no idea why I should have to be rushed.

  I received a notice in my Box that a package had arrived. Aidan retrieved the package, but when I got home I realized it was for another Boxholder. I returned the incorrect package this morning. Aiden was working, and was not able to locate a correct package. I felt he was a bit condescending and seemed to be unwilling to accept any blame for his error yesterday. He finally concluded that there was no package for me and this was a simple error. A typo he suggested. I am left not knowing if, in fact, I actually have a package or not.

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. Tried to have a few items printed and they said it would be 2-6 hours to print from e-mail. Ridiculous. Never heard of this in my life. Then he said a rush job would be 30 minutes to 1 hour if someone was ahead of me. The store was empty. When I asked if someone was ahead of me in the print que, he said that was a personal thing and couldn’t give me that information. LOL. A personal thing? What a joke. If you need anything other than dropping off a package with a pre-printed label, this is not the store for you. It’s not that the customer service was just bad, it was bad AND made absolutely no sense whatsoever and the logic used to explain the situation was not grounded in reality. Will never go back. Thank goodness for Fedex office
