  This was a great location for a brief vacation with my partner and senior dog. We received excellent customer service from all staff we interacted with throughout our stay. The breakfasts, especially the waffles, were yummy and filling. Despite the weather not being great, we had moments of clear skies in which we enjoyed the pool, the patio, and complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby. In the past, we stayed with family at Epworth nearby, but this hotel was a great alternative since we wanted to bring our dog and take her to the beaches and parks. I mainly knocked a star off for the size of the room, but I think everything else makes up for it.

  Horrible stay left in a hour. Let me sum it up. room dirty and mold, things broken, and didn't get a pool view. If u are looking for a good hotel just go to the next one over and they will treat you much better. Didn't get a refund. Best Western was a hotel in trusted but now im questioning it.

  I’ll definitely be staying here again, it was so clean and the staff was absolutely AMAZING AND WONDERFUL, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The pool and hot tub were all very clean and wonderful to be in. I enjoyed our stay so much and I HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

  Unacceptable service and maintenance safety issues I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My recent stay was highly frustrating due to a severe lack of basic room service and poor maintenance oversight. Housekeeping and Room Service Breakdown No room servicing: Room service never came to service my room or pick up the trash during my entire stay. Front desk runs: I was forced to walk down to the front desk every single day just to request basic amenities like fresh towels, toilet paper, and shampoo. Room Damage and Safety Concerns Broken furniture: When I opened the door to access the small refrigerator, the entire television stand panel and structure came completely off. Safety hazard: While maintenance did come to fix the stand, they left behind a sharp, old nail on the floor. Leaving hazardous debris behind is completely unacceptable and a major safety risk. For the price paid, you expect basic cleanliness, functioning furniture, and a safe environment. This hotel failed on all three fronts. I will not be returning.
