Worker named Ramada there basically refused and tried over charging me to tape my box. Package I tried to return came in 2 boxes and he said I need to throw them in one box. I didn’t know I need my label printed so I tried to print it in the store and he was dismissive and extremely rude. They need to get new staff in this location.

I can’t believe what I witnessed today in this location. Unbelievable that people can be so rude and still keep their job!! Hire someone else or close your store! This reflects terribly on the owner of this franchise and him allowing this type of behavior to continue to happen. There are many pleasant people that are in need of a job that would be more suitable and bring your store more business. Wake Up, before you are reported or your franchise is revoked!!

The cashier told me it would be 700.00 to send a package and I went to usps it was 100.00
