  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. They wanted to charge me almost $4 for a single copy by adding extra fees, including a “computer use” fee. even though I didn’t use a computer at all. Charging customers for services they never used feels misleading and unfair. I understand businesses have pricing policies, but these kinds of unnecessary add-on fees leave a bad impression. I recommend asking for a detailed breakdown of the charges before paying. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

  Yes, the owner/manager is a jerk. Had been on several occasions and I just kept giving the benefit of the doubt… and didn’t read the reviews! He does NOT want your business and does NOT want to be there!! 🫣

  I went there to created a design on a Monday. I kept calling throughout the week and the owner say the were working on it. Just to tell me Friday that they won’t be able to do those designs

  Haven’t experienced a more-rude, and bothered-by-you manager/owner. Thankful there are other UPS Store options. This guy don’t care… about you, the UPS brand, or anything resembling customer service.
