  Thankfully this UPS store is the closest one to my residence because even if it was not the closest I would drive farther to go there. I hope they all make a lot of money.

  This is the best UPS store I've ever been to with the nicest staff. All I needed was a document notarized which which Delta Bank wouldn't do nor FedEx. The Indian lady who helped me knew four customers by first name the 10 minutes I was there. This kind of service doesn't exist anymore. I'll always go back here.

  Fabulous UPS STORE. Everyone is so kind, helpful, happy, they always go "above and beyond " to assist, you never have to wait, they are all good at multitasking tasking ...but most importantly...they remember everyone's name . They are genuinely happy to see you when you walk in the door. It is such a pleasure to do business with them.

  I frequently visit this UPS Store and am always greeted by smiling faces behind the counter. On one occasion, I asked a lady—who I believe may be the owner—about the consistently positive and friendly attitude of the staff. She thanked me for noticing and replied, “This is how we believe in serving our customers.” In a world where good customer service is becoming increasingly rare, their commitment to treating customers with warmth, respect, and professionalism is truly refreshing. It is one of the reasons I enjoy doing business with them and look forward to every visit.
