  Had to send a package of headsets that weighed 1lb. These headsets were a total of $180. I sent it ground and the charge came to $66. For some reason there was an additional value of $44. I asked about it and was told it was due to the declared value of $180. I thought about it, just didn't make sense and called about an hour later. Again, got the same answer, I just wanted an understanding about the charge and why it costs so much. The owner/manager just decided to get short about it. He would cut me off on questions and showed no interest in just trying to help me understand. He offered a cancellation of the shipping and refund. I was about to let it go but took the offer. I would rather go to someone else that doesn't mind helping people. Not sure why he is doing a service oriented position when he has no desire to be of service.

  Aside from the price gouging, I miss the previous owners. The new franchise owners don’t seem to have the same empathy or compassion for customer service, and look to focus on squeezing every penny they can out of anyone who walks in the door. The owner will comment some generic nonsense about emailing them or following up privately, but that isn’t real and they’ve never addressed any previous feedback properly. Do better.

  Dil was such a peaceful presence in the store! I had multiple Amazon returns and he taught me how to use the self-serve area for Amazon. Such a nice, calm demeanor as I made many mistakes and he had to come back to guide me in my next step. Really a pleasant experience to be served in such a kind manner!

  I wish I could leave zero stars. Buyer beware: The Coleman Village/Marietta Hwy location is price-gouging and completely lacking transparency. ​I came here to get 5 documents notarized for legal paperwork. The employee charged me a staggering $85. I later found out that while the legal limit for a notary stamp is only $2, this location tacked on an undisclosed $15 "clerical fee" per stamp to inflate the price. It wasn't until we called up there later to question the cost that he told us about the "clerical" fee. For comparison, I went to the East Cobb UPS Store the very next day for the exact same service, and they only charged $5 a stamp. This location essentially cheated me out of $60. I made a Facebook post in a Roswell Mom's group and within an hour I had over 50 moms reply with similar experiences at this location. And from the look of other reviews, this has been going on for a while. Stay away unless you enjoy being ripped off! And don't forget, that if something like this happens to you you can file a complaint through your county's clerk of superior court.

  Scammers that charge $15 for a notary you can get for free at city hall. Absolutely rude. Manager will not give owner info. Do not go to this store.
