  I go to this location often. I am always met with a smile, a greeting, and the utmost professionalism. Grant is amazing. Always kind, helpful and friendly. I also like that they are open Sundays.

  the customer service is quite bland. I utilize this location for drop offs. Frequently the young staff is silent after I greet and try to be human with them. The young lady is great and has personality, this is specifically for the male staff. I’m not owed a performative interaction, just looking for some humanity and less obvious disdain for my existence.

  Note to the public: YOU CANNOT HAVE PASSPORT PHOTOS TAKEN AT THIS LOCATION ON WEEKENDS. Arrived at 9:50 on a Saturday morning for a passport photo and was told they do not do passport photos on weekends. This is not stated on their website. At this time, there was not a single person in the store but myself and the gentleman behind the counter. I asked if all locations went by this rule and he said no but that I could return throughout the week between the hours of 9:30-12. I work a M-F job and that is not a convenient option for me. But during this time we were discussing the other options, he could have taken my photo. I took my business elsewhere. It needs to be clearly stated on their website that passport photos are not taken on weekends.
