  Staff refused to add Chipotle sauce instead of mayo to the "standard receipe" sandwich. Terrible offering.

  They never toast it when i mobile order. More than 10times. Im stop ordering from this location. They microwaved sandwiches. I literally saw them doing it from outside

  I have been coming to this particular Subway for well over 10 years. I have always had wonderful service and my subs prepared perfectly. Tonight was a bit different and I was very very upset. I noticed that there was a new young lady working and she asked me what I would like. I always order a Chicken Bacon ranch for my son, however he doesn't like the shredded rotisserie chicken so we always request the grilled chicken with no issues ever. But tonight the store clerk refused to prepare it the way we have always ordered it. She stated " Sorry ma'am, I cannot put the chicken you want on the sandwich because it's not what is on the menu." I proceeded to tell her that we come to this location all the time for years and she kept shaking her head no. I was appalled and furious because I have never in my life had any Subway tell me that I had to order what the menu states. So, I left empty handed and upset. I got home and my son said the same clerk told him the same thing the other day. She was polite but very wrong. I believe you should be able to choose whatever meat you want on any sandwich you want especially when you're paying.
