  Rose is amazing. I had my own businesses over the years and if I still did i would offer her a job as the face of the business. Rose was thorough, prompt, well versed on the subject matter and I would say went out of her way to take care of our needs. I'm sure all of Allstate's clients are handled the same as I was. Thank you and hopefully we will continue to do business and I will always call you first when calling your office.

  Wanted to post a big, loud, shout out for a job well done by Lin Llamazales a local Allstate insurance agent who works for the Milton-Scalise agency in the metro Atlanta area. My wife and I have been served by this outstanding group since 1974. That’s right, over 50 years with this same agency. Our auto policy is up for renewal in a couple of weeks and we decided to check in with the agency to see what they were thinking. Fortunately for us, Lin answered the phone and we quickly learned we could not have been “in better hands”! Her knowledge of applicable discounts, her great communication skills and her obvious care for our continued well being, assured us that we had made the right decision in making the call. So, if you are as big of a supporter of “outstanding customer service” as we are, give Lin a call and you will not be disappointed!!!

  Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt. I have spoken to several ladies in the office and they have all been so helpful and friendly. Always handle any questions in a professional and friendly manner. Always looking for ways for us to save money on our policies. I have contacted them regarding my auto and home insurance.
