  Cheryl is AMAZING!!! She was a LIFE SAVER! So willing to help, so kind and professional. I called around to so many other companies that were no help whatsoever… I called this location on Woodstock Rd and she was so helpful over the phone and even more helpful when I came in. She is an absolute gem.

  This location is AMAZING! 5 stars all around. The staff has helped us multiple times with tricky print issues. Then helped us figure out best way to get our materials to a different state for an event. SO HELPFUL!!

  Literally the only helpful FedEx employees in the company. I was expecting a package with a 2-day delivery; the delivery was delayed for nearly 20 days. I especially appreciate Reese who was able to provide evidence and reasoning for my delayed delivery. Any time I called corporate customer service, I was given no information and told “well, it’s on its way.” When I called this location, I received actual help from Reese. My package was eventually delivered, and even if I can’t prove it, or if this isn’t actually the case, I will only give Reese credit for the delivery. Thanks again, king 🤙
