I prepackage all my Amazon returns because a few years ago $500 worth of merchandise, packed in a transparent bag by a UPS employee, never reached its return destination and it was more than a little inconvenient to get my returns credited. I returned some items this weekend, prepackaged, in the original shipping box. The UPS employee unbounded the items and placed them in a plastic bag. His explanation: that's our policy and gad me take the shipping box with me. Quite rude about it. I will be using Staples here on out.

It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service these days. I visit this particular store multiple times a week and have never once had a bad experience.
