  I was elated when I first heard about this Shorter Avenue UPS Store because it's closer to my house than the UPS Store across town at Central Plaza. However; after dropping off packages in this new Shorter Avenue UPS Store, I've decided to go back to the Central Plaza location. The employees at this Shorter Ave location are downright rude. Each time I have entered the facility I have greeted the employees with, "Hey! How you doing?" and each time I have received only a frownful stare from both employees. I don't expect them to match my greeting with a smile and happy greeting but at the very least they should say, "Hello". If they judge me because of my age, gender, and/or race rather than my character then how can I trust them to ship an important package reliably?! Maybe they'll "accidently" chuck it in the wrong bin! 🤔😳🫢

  The ladies at this Rome UPS store on Shorter Avenue are so friendly and helpful... Very refreshing after experiences at other locations in close by towns.

  I print each scan code on a sheet of paper and attach it to each item. The UPS clerk printed the labels using my scan codes but did not attach them to the packages. In one case he dropped the labels, misplaced two and had to reprint them.
