They need more than one person working there on Friday and Saturday nights..Bottom line! Hour for my online order and still had to tell him what I wanted on it. Can't blame him though he's alone with 15 other people waiting in line! No wonder they cannot keep anyone! He kept it together well and was still very nice.

The employee at time of 11:40-50 on February 18,2026 of Subway was asked by my daughter “how much was the 6inch sub? Employee said” the prices are up there!” My daughter said,”I can’t read the numbers there too small” Employee said the prices are up there again in nastily (I don’t wanna be bothered manner with attitude )! This is unacceptable to behave towards any potential customer. Even worse towards an autistic person. It’s your job to be considerate and help your customers especially reading LEARN YOUR DAMN ADA LAWS!!!!

Ordered online, arrived 15 minutes later, they didn’t even do my order, put other orders in front of mine, and made me wait in line with non-online orders until they made mine. Only one person working. Horrible!
