Kristie took care of all my needs from the start. She greeted me with a warm welcome, showed me my best options for an upgrade since my phone was having issues. Highly recommend going to Cricket im West Rome and ask for Kristie

Great service! I came in with a phone that was not working right, they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, Kristie helped me get a new phone and switched everything over for me. And helped us get $30 off our plan a month. We will be coming back to upgrade my wife’s phone soon.
