  I went in to pick up an online order today, this is the first time in months I have placed an order or even been in this Subway. The female owner asked me my name and as soon as I gave it to her so said do you want the order you placed yesterday and then cancelled I still have it. I said I haven’t placed an order in months and her response was yes you did I still have it. (#1. Gross why would you still have it? 2. I offered to show I hadn’t placed an order through my acct ) She then proceeded to give me my order and stare me down the whole time I am getting my drinks and chips. I’m going to say the same thing here I said as I left you shouldn’t accuse customers of doing something when they haven’t. I get your mad someone ordered them decided they didn’t want it but it wasn’t me and my name is not a common one so I know you had the wrong person plus I offered to show you it wasn’t me. Just a ridiculous encounter. On top of that every time we come in and the owner is there it is something she is just rude.

  Owner of the restaurant like to keep days old food (typical for their kind) and try blame random customers and have them pay for it💀 theirs a reason we haven’t been to this restaurant in months first it was the service and cleanliness also if you ever trying to bring in a coupon they won’t uphold it which is there choice but very much typical $🤦🏽‍♂️ Rockmart really needs a new sandwich restaurant

  Screw this location. I went in like 15 minutes till closing and they were still making people sandwiches and they turn me and my daughter away. I was only gonna get 1 sandwich and mind you they still had 15 minutes till closing. Well screw this location.

  Food is good, but they refuse to take my order over the phone. I didnt have time to go in and wait for them to make 3 footlongs. I wanted to pick up and be able to leave. Been going there for years. Never had this happen. Probably wont return. Ridiculous dumb rule they made up on the spot.
