  The young lady in afro (employee) doesn't have good customer service skills. She has some attitude like she doesn't want to work or something. She's not very helpful or knows how to resolve an issue.

  Usually I have not issues at this location. However, today, 5/21/2026 at 11am the experience was unpleasant. The girl never said hello or greeted the line of people. All she says to me as the first person in line is, “you gone have to give me a minute. I have to count the drawer down and get things in order”. She proceeds to take her precious time. Smacking and popping her chewing gum and humming to the music in her AirPod. The sign says that the UPS store opens at 830am. Why is the store just being opened at 11? That’s a problem. Then when she’s done with all of her shenanigans she asks, “You ready?”. As if I had not been standing there ready. Although irritated, none of us in the line expressed our frustration nevertheless the worker proceeded with an attitude.

  There’sa sign that says will be back at 1:50 right now it’s 2:10 and there’s a long line with no one at the counter. I have been here since 1:45 waiting.
