  Closed early for memorial day but UPS store hours weren't changed, closed shop and my packages were late because of this

  Amazing staff with a heart! I was selling a vehicle to a woman who drove 2 hours from Tennessee and completely forgot we needed a notary to witness the transaction. I called the store at 5:52pm and asked if one was on duty. They explained the person leaves in 7 minutes and I begged them to have them wait on us since we were 15 minutes away. She was a single mom DESPERATELY needing this vehicle and it means the world to me that they chose to stay and help us out! They did NOT have to do that and by the kindness of their hearts they stayed! We were able to complete the transaction and she drove back home to TN not stranded! Thank you thank you for going above and beyond the hours of operations to assist us. The world needs more kindness and people like you! (Insurance agent here and I highly respect that type of customer service and reflect it in my business as well). I will be referring everyone I work with who needs a notary here! God bless you all!

  I haven't had much occasion to use the return parcel service, but it was definitely very easy and the associate was very helpful.
