  Horrible customer service. I was the only customer waiting, and the employee was on her personal phone the entire time without even acknowledging me or offering to help. I had to finally say something just to get her attention. Very unprofessional. Customer service should be a priority, especially when there is literally only one customer waiting.

  We are relocating 5 hours away and had to send a cashiers check to secure housing with a 48 hour turnaround. It arrived in the right city within 24 hours but then it went from South GA to Indiana overnight and is now set to arrive 2 days late. When we called, the representative would not even apologize, gave no explanation, and was very rude. This company is not reliable is you need something on a deadline. Don’t trust them with important documents or items. They just won’t care.
