  I go here often, i enjoy Subway. But Amanda i think was her name, dark short hair in a pony tail, very rude miserable old lady. I went in yesterday and she was very rude to me. I greeted her first saying “how are you” because i had been standing their waiting for her to finish with another. Then she said “can i help you” i get started to say “yes, um” and she holds her hand up. Cuts me off saying “ah-, i’m going to finish this togo order so you’re going to have to wait” very rude. Its not that i had to wait it was the way she spoke to me. She could’ve said “im sorry, i have to get these togo orders out if you don’t mind waiting” and it would’ve been fine. I ended up turning around i said “no worries” and left. I let it go. Busy day i went and got chinese food instead. Today i went back. I was craving a sandwich, you know? She was working again today. I said in my mind that maybe she was having a bad day yesterday. She was being very kind to the four in front of me. Like i said waiting is not a problem for me. Her voice was sweet, smile clear, calling them “baby” and “sweetheart”. She was having a better day! I approached and i didn’t have alot of emotion i was just ordering so i could eat and go get ready for work. When she approached me her smile was no longer there, which is fine. Her tone was very different from before. “Can i help you.” Was more of a statement then a question. No worries. I ordered my sandwich. I think she ran out of mustard because she threw the bottle on the counter and grabbed another. She put alot of mustard on my sandwich. I didn’t say anything because maybe it wasnt on purpose. I asked for my receipt and she threw it at me. I said “have a nice day” in a disbelief kinda tone. She replied “have the day you deserve!” Confused to what i ever did to this lady. Was it because i didn’t stay yesterday, or what. Anyways i work in the food industry. I serve tables. I know that’s not how you treat people even if i was rude.

  Yea , no. I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but I’m done. Hardly any toppings , barely toasted, and the cookies were not cooked. If I wanted a piece of bread and cookie dough, I would have made my own for 12 bucks cheaper.

  I didn't actually eat here, I ate at KS Kitchen. Literally right next to Subway..
