  Older guy working there is very rude. Needed to exchange an oil filter because the store in east ridge sold me the wrong one he wouldn't even look at it and said I needed to verify my vehicle because their computer is always right, even though I had the old oil filter with me and it wasn't the same as the one I brought in. He's very condescending should probably just work in the back.

  These guys were great! I walked from the QT about a mile down the road, and they drove me back to my car with my new battery so I didn't have to walk back with it. Once I replaced it and was still having issues, they came back to the QT to follow me to their store to ensure I made it there safely. Some of the best customer service I have received!

  My mom and I asked where the transmission fluid was and the man behind the register interrupted her mid sentence with an attitude. TRN#0950 JACK B is the name of the receipt. I refuse to go back until he is reprimanded properly. There was no need for his attitude
