  This UPS store is by far the worst interactions I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to simply shipping a package. The staff are rude, give ZERO clear guidance as to what the standard is for simply shipping broken kitchen utensils. First time I went they said the box needed to be fully closed and taped up and told me to come back later and try again. Today they came up with the story of I needed to print a shipping label. Which is exactly why I came to the store in the first place. Once again turned away. The poor experiences and disrespectful attitude are more than enough justification to drive to a different UPS location.

  I had to mail my daughter's parking pass back to her. It got stuck in some facility and never arrived. UPS told me to file a claim WITH THE STORE. But they aren't trained to handle that at this BFE store. Just a bunch of yokels who don't know anything about customer service. ESPECIALLY the rude woman who worked on Jun 12, 2026 at 9:20. She didn't even know how to use a PEN to write a tracking number. She said I had to call back at 2 to speak to her manager. I guess only a manger can write numbers. Horrible experience all around, and I'm out $90 to replace a pass that never showed up.

  I had an Amazon return that needed a label. The sweet young girl at the counter walked me through the process. Then she went above and beyond and walked out to my car and brought the rather large box in for me. I wish I had gotten her name, but I so appreciate all that she did for me in making my life just a little easier today.
