  Went in because I had been craving subway. When I walked in a guy who was working alone said sorry sir I have to do this online order before I can get to you, which I had no problem waiting for one little sandwich that was called in right before I walked in. Then 2 more online orders came through and he said sorry we prioritize online orders over in store customers. So I said so I have to wait until you’re done with those orders also? He said yes and I said nah that’s not happening have a good day and walked out. Absolutely ridiculous business practice. So if you get a bunch of online orders with a store full of people during the lunch rush then you make them wait and waste their lunch hour? Moronic.

  I had a guy with tattoos on his face using profanity in front of customers as an elderly man I dont put up with language like that especially in a business setting we were traveling and just wanted to get some sandwiches and get back on the road but the conversations and the rap music really turned me off. Me and my wife will not be returning

  Connor was hard working and trying to finish his work up before trying to help me. He asked the female employee who I didn’t know her name to assist me because he was busy. She argued with him and complained loudly while I stood there for ten mins or so waiting. She said she was washing dishes instead of helping me. Then she said she clocks out at 9:30pm, no regard for her coworker or the customer. I visited today around 8:50ish.
