Just picked up dinner for my Girlfriend and I one a Wednesday night and the service was better than 95% of the locations I've visiting and I have visited quite a few. The restaurant was very clean and the staff made my sandwiches quickly and efficiently while taking time to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted. I will returning to this location in the future in hopes of a similar experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway.
The employee helping me spoke very little English, which made communication difficult. I understand that language barriers happen, and I was patient throughout the interaction. However, when I had trouble understanding what he was asking, he became visibly frustrated. At one point, he smirked, laughed, and said something to his coworker in another language while looking at me, which made me feel like I was being mocked.
The situation got worse when he started making my sandwich on the wrong bread. I had clearly asked for Italian bread when I walked up to the counter. When I pointed out the mistake, he became upset, picked up the sandwich, and threw it in the trash. He insisted that he had pointed to wheat bread and even told me there were cameras that would prove it. I told him the cameras would also capture me clearly asking for Italian bread, but he refused to acknowledge the possibility that he had misunderstood.
After that, he barely spoke another word, silently finished the sandwich, and completed the transaction.
I remained calm and respectful during the entire interaction, but this was by far the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. Everyone makes mistakes, but treating a customer with frustration, dismissiveness, and what felt like ridicule is unacceptable. I hope management makes some changes because this is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to. From beginning to the end of this interaction I felt like I was a problem and huge inconvenience to them.

What is happening to the “service” industry? Every visit feels like walking into a break room instead of a business. No greeting, minimal interaction, and employees seem inconvenienced.
Basic customer service & professionalism completely missing at this location - 12700 GA-144, Richmond Hill, GA 31324
Every time, my wife or I visit this location lately, the two gentlemen behind the counter are rude and act, as if making a sandwich were some sort of imposition for them.
We’ll be choosing a different subway from now on.
Also, fairly certain they don’t ring up what you order, but if two 6 inch ham and cheese subs are $18 I won’t be going back to Subway at all.
Went here to get a sandwich, I asked for extra cheese, the guy said yes, I didn’t get it, not sure if they aren’t aware that Subway allows you to pay extra for additional cheese. I also asked for additional jalapeño, this guy proceeded to put a handful of jalapeño on my sandwich, I saw that as an insult and certainly will not be going back. If someone asks for extra, it means they are asking for Twice the original serving, not 4 or 5 times the original serving. I have worked at subway in the past so I know the serving sizes. Another thing to note, the sauce is so scarce, almost no sauce to eat the dry sandwich with. Was not made with an ounce of love
