  2 customers in front of me. Sandwiches for them made but help did not ring them out. Started taking inventory instead! Walked out! People wait on your customers and do inventory when no customers.

  Place order online, went to pick it up and doors were locked! I waited 20 min thinking maybe they were in the bathroom?? Nobody around, lights were on. It just looked like they walked out of the place. I tried calling, number is non-working verizon number. Hopefully my funds get put back in my account since I never got my meal!

  Customer service is terrible. Not a friendly environment at all. It always smells weird my sandwich is always made wrong when the lady makes it. Bread is always over toasted and hard and sandwiches are always made slowly and hen she makes them.
