  Your employees are always courteous, efficient, and truly the best young people I have ever encountered. I’m a retired school teacher, and this means so much to me. Customer service has gone really downhill in the past several years, but your place is definitely the exception. You should be very proud of these employees and their work ethic.

  I always have a great experience at The UPS Store #3729. The team there truly goes above and beyond—they know me by name and consistently have my items printed and ready to go when I arrive. That level of care and attention means a lot and makes my visits quick, easy, and stress-free. Everyone is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and it really feels like they take pride in what they do. I genuinely appreciate their consistency and excellent service—it keeps me coming back every time.

  I would like to share my experience at this UPS store. I presented my passport as a valid form of identification in order to complete a shipment; however, the store manager insisted that I must provide a 100% state-issued ID. I felt the situation was handled in an inflexible and unprofessional manner, as I was not allowed to complete a basic service even though I presented an official valid identification. As a customer, I believe everyone should be treated with respect, clarity, and fairness, without being made to feel uncomfortable or unnecessarily questioned. This experience left me with a negative impression of the customer service provided.   Disappointing from start to finish. I placed an order on April 7 for 200 full-color booklets and a 24x36 poster and was assured it would be completed before April 17. What was not clearly disclosed was that the store could not properly produce the booklets in-house and had to send the job elsewhere. Subsequently, Josh called and stated the outside print shop had machine issues and could not print the order. After multiple issues, I submitted my final file exactly as Josh instructed. Circa 2pm on April 17, Josh called and said the booklets would be ready in two hours. When I arrived, they had been printed with depleted ink and were yellow and gray instead of full color like the electronic file I emailed. No one called to warn me and no one stopped the job despite the defect being obvious. To make matters worse, Ray called the manager, who refused to speak with me directly. Imagine my panic - the conference was the following morning and it was 6pm on Friday when I learned of the issue. I was refunded for the defective booklets and rushed The UPS Store in Hiram, where their owner and an employee helped me print, assemble, and package everything until 9:47 p.m. This location - UPS in the Publix Shopping Center on New Macland Rd - failed in communication, quality control, and accountability. I will not return.
