  I’ve been shopping at this Advance Auto Parts store for years. There are other stores close by but I appreciate the people and how friendly and helpful they are. Rarely do they ever not have what I need. Holly always makes me feel like I’ve stepped back in time when customer service was the keystone of every business. She will make you feel like a life long friend. The customer service has always been the best. The folks there really appreciate their customers. Thank you AAP team for always providing a great auto parts shopping experience.

  Needed a new air filter for my lawn mower, and I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for. I got some help from an employee and he showed me where they were and without skipping a beat found the exact air filter I needed! Great guy, I will be back!

She took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with the right parts. It’s rare to receive customer service that’s this patient and professional.
