  This is the second time that I have had a negative experience when visiting this UPS location. The first bad experience was an Indian lady that I returned an Amazon package to that obviously never updated the package as received because the tracking information would never update and I literally had to contact Amazon just to see if the package was received received back when going up there Regarding the package, I was spoken to in a rude and degrading manner By a blonde lady. Today, my second negative experience was returning a package and after waiting in line once the previous customer left her counter I proceeded with going to her counter and another lady walked into the store and jumped in front of me and went directly to the counter. I was unaware that the lady was a customer that had ran to her car to get something and the blonde lady was literally talking about me to the customer. They had came back inside of the store saying that I was in the wrong instead of her having customer service and expressing to me and the people that were waiting in the line that this lady was previously in and he just ran to her car. The customer service at this location is horrible, and I will go to another location out of my way just to avoid the unwelcoming customer service !!! Horrible!

  Walked in and waited behind one person to use the self service kiosk. I have 3 items to return. The label printer ran out before finishing printing my second item. There are 3 employees and the one who seems like the manager doesn't know how to delegate. Someone else to refill the labels. Now myself and others who were here long before others are still waiting and being ignored because he says he'll get to it when he's done helping the customer with like 20 items. I won't be back. The employees seems nice and helpful. The management guy sucks.

  The person who tried to assist us was very condescending and not helpful. They acted as if we were being an inconvenience to their day and got annoyed because we had said we were shipping something internationally. The address is on the package and all stated where it was going but they got an attitude and said it would have been nice to know that when the package was sitting right in front of them.
