  I went to UPS to drop off a package, about a week ago. No one asked me could they help me so I walked up to the counter,and I spoke twice. The person was a male didn’t say a word did not even blink or speak as if he was doing me a favor like I was bothering him to wait on me. This is so unprofessional, and disrespectful. when he’s getting paid to do a job I had to asked someone else to help me. He just stood up there like he’s unbothered with privilege. The time I recall UPS is a business and if this is how you run your business, I don’t have to patronize you at all because you’re not doing a favor for me and without the customers ,you’re nothing. You wouldn’t even be in business.

  I come to this location quite often to return items I've ordered, as this location is closest to my house. I'm in and out fairly quickly, as I'm usually just dropping off a return.

  i had a very long package that needed to be returned to amazon. I did have multiple returns. with the long package they never gave me my tracking i thought all of them were taken care but they did not scan the long package( so i never got my refund $250). I left but come to find out they shipped the item and now I can't get my refund and they can't help me. Just make sure you get your tickets and not trust they will do their job.
