  They have very friendly and helpful staff. I selected a purse and they helped me find a wallet with exactly the same material and color. They listened to my issues about my purses being dirty and helped me with cleaner and protectant for my bags.

  We had an absolutely amazing experience with Rose at Michael Kors! She worked diligently and patiently with our group of five, making sure each of us received individual attention and found exactly what we were looking for. Even with multiple people asking questions, Rose remained kind, professional, and incredibly helpful the entire time. Her customer service truly stood out—she was knowledgeable about the products, offered great suggestions, and made the entire shopping experience feel fun and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond the way she did. If you’re shopping at Michael Kors, I highly recommend asking for Rose. She made our visit memorable and definitely earned this 5-star review! ✨🛍️

  Poor customer service no acknowledgment or offer to assist from any of the multiple staff as I made my way around the entire store, meanwhile I heard other people being welcomed in the store and asked to let them know if they needed anything at all. Based on this I decided to take my business elsewhere.
