  They have very friendly and helpful staff. I selected a purse and they helped me find a wallet with exactly the same material and color. They listened to my issues about my purses being dirty and helped me with cleaner and protectant for my bags.

She worked diligently and patiently with our group of five, making sure each of us received individual attention and found exactly what we were looking for. Even with multiple people asking questions, Rose remained kind, professional, and incredibly helpful the entire time. Her customer service truly stood out—she was knowledgeable about the products, offered great suggestions, and made the entire shopping experience feel fun and stress-free.
