I had already called and visited two other places while trying to figure out an issue with my battery, but ultimately decided to go to AutoZone because of Connor. From the moment I spoke with him on the phone, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident that I would be taken care of. When I arrived, he continued to provide excellent customer service and helped me get my battery situation resolved. Had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Greg and Brian. Both employees were very knowledgeable, professional, and jumped in to help immediately without any hesitation. They made my warranty wiper blade replacement quick and hassle-free. It’s rare to find customer service this helpful and efficient these days. Definitely appreciate the great attitude and excellent support. Highly recommend this location!

I accompanied my 80-year-old neighbor to this store after jumping her car that had a bad battery. After greeting us coldly and selling us the battery, the sales clerk then said he would not install the battery because there were only two employees in the nearly empty store (something he said should only take 10 minutes). He offered tools to the elderly lady to change it herself (she couldn't even possibly lift the battery). He carried the battery to the front of the car, looked at the existing battery and said he'd check with his boss to see if he could change it since the car wouldn't start to get the new battery home. The manager also refused, and so I changed it for her (hopefully correctly). It took more time to discuss whether or not they would change it than it would have taken them to change it (5 minutes for someone who'd never done it before). They were unmoved by the huge sign that stated FREE BATTERY INSTALLATION on the front window or by the white-haired elderly woman in an emergency on a Sunday afternoon. They both preferred to lean on the counter in a store with one customer instead. The battery was decent quality for a fair price but the false advertising and indifferent service will have me using any other parts store but this one. I can't share the photo of them in there leaning on the counter doing nothing right now or I would. Well, now the manager is outside changing the windshield wipers for a 30-year-old man as I write this. Unbelievable! He did say that it was up to the manager's discretion whether to change them or not. I guess he just didn't like the look of us and used the excuse of only having two employees available as to why he couldn't step right outside the front door.
