One star. I’d give zero if Google allowed it.
I ordered the Grilled Chicken & Avocado sandwich, which was advertised on the menu as having 50% more meat. The employee initially put two portions of chicken on the sandwich. When I politely pointed out the “50% more meat” advertisement, she immediately became defensive and told me that two portions were correct and that I would have to pay an additional $2.50 if I wanted more meat.
I asked how much chicken normally comes on a regular grilled chicken sandwich. She said two portions. I then asked how much comes on the Grilled Chicken & Avocado sandwich. She pointed to the store’s own recipe card to prove her point — and the recipe card literally said three portions of chicken.
So after arguing with me and insisting I was wrong, her own recipe card confirmed exactly what I had been saying. She then smiled, said something along the lines of “my bad,” and added the third portion.
I tried to move past it, stayed polite, made conversation, ordered three cookies, and checked out. Then I looked at my receipt and discovered I had been charged for a regular grilled chicken sandwich plus another $3.20 for avocado, despite ordering the Grilled Chicken & Avocado sandwich from the menu in the first place.
The entire experience was frustrating and completely unnecessary. Customers should not have to argue with employees to receive the portion specified on the restaurant’s own recipe card, and they certainly should not have to inspect their receipt afterward to make sure the menu item they ordered was actually rung up correctly.
Poor customer service, poor attention to the restaurant’s own preparation standards, and a disappointing experience all around.

Went here at 8:45pm on Saturday May 23, 2026 to get food for my family while traveling. Waited for someone to come up from the back. We're had to yell excuse me to get someone's attention. When someone finally came up they said yeah. We said can we order and they said we are closed with attitude like we are idiots. As we were walking out we noticed that the sign said they close at 10pm. I said to them you close at 10 and they said we are closed because of the weather. Mind you it was a very light drizzle out. So I said really. They came back with an excuse of the computers are down, which they were not because I could see the credit card machine was working and so was everything else. Its obvious these employees where lazy and didn't want to do their job but yet I'm sure they were still getting paid. As an owner I would be looking into this and firing people. Terrible place with absolutely incompetent rude employees working there.

Closing at 9pm is ridiculous. I guess us truckers have to go without even tho we make this country run.

The experiences are bad, I am a truck driver and the closing time is at 10pm and always at 9pm, they do not want to attend.
