  My first time in this particular UPS store, and I was immediately impressed. As soon as you walk in , everyone greets you with a smile. Lindsey was so kind and had great energy, and Ms Cherry(who helped me) went above and beyond! Even complimented my skirt. She was so very sweet and polite. This UPS store in Perry should be the blueprint when it comes to customer service.

  Just stoped by the UPS store and Ms. Lowe and Ms. Cherry took fantastic care of me. Sometimes shipping can be stressful but they made it easy and we so nice. I’ll be back. Thank you ladies!

  Normally the staff is very nice but the last 2 times that I have gone in there, the same girl/lady has been less than helpful. The first time she wouldn't scan my returns to Amazon she made us wait about 8 minutes while the kiosk re booted. Yesterday I had a UPS package and asked her to weigh it, just to confirm that my label was correct, and she told me "we don't do that here" !! Also again, made me use the kiosk. Not sure what she does there, but I'm not looking forward to going back there. I will be emailing corporate as well.
