  We’ve came here 3 times so far since it has reopened and everytime there has only been 1 employee working alone with several customers getting impatient. The employee was clearly frustrated about it and had no problems showing it. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional! Do better!

  Customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. Was ignored for a few Moments then asked me what I wanted. I requested what I wanted, then she went to the back and came Back with more items for the veggie bar and said, I’ll be with you in a few moments. All while leaning her bare arms on the sub board are where food is prepped. I’d find another subway.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at the Subway in Perry! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, organized, and well-maintained, which made for a great dining experience. Manager Sonya is doing an outstanding job leading her team. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to customer service are evident the moment you walk through the door. Cayden provided exceptional service. He was friendly, courteous, patient, and made sure my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully made. It's clear this team takes pride in what they do. Great customer service, quality food, a clean environment, and a welcoming atmosphere are exactly why I'll be coming back. Keep up the fantastic work, Sonya and Cayden-you've earned a loyal customer!
