  I Don’t know why they give out coupons to use & only allow you to use them in app/ online when it doesn’t allow you to. What’s the point why can’t they be scanned in store like it says also.

  Nice to know i’m not alone in how i feel judging by other reviews. Everytime i come in, it’s such an unwelcoming atmosphere. Doesn’t want to add toppings but will put an entire bottle of mayo on the sandwich. when asking for extra pickles, the lady added 2! TWOOO!!!!!!! this was after the male and female fought over who would actually come serve myself and the folks behind me. This is my 3rd time having this exact same experience, unfortunately. i’d go elsewhere to avoid what myself, and others have experienced.

  I went to get a BMT and the owner told me that I couldn't take the ham off. I even asked to put it on the side. He said they didn't have time to do that. Mind you I was the only one in line ridiculous. I see why they have 3 stars🗑️

  Came in for a sub after church around 12:30. I was greeted when I first walked in. I got my favorite, the 5 meat Italian. As the lady, started on my sub, I noticed that her thumb on her left hand had gone through the glove and was touch the meat. I told her that her thumb had come through the gloves. That’s when everything went down hill. Immediately I was given attitude. She made a face at her coworker as she got a new glove. Then she proceeded to use the same meat that her bare thumb had touched to put on my sub. I had her double toast the sub. I had asked for extra black olives and Pickles. I had to ask multiple times to put extra Pickles and gave up when she put only three more pickles. I thought subway’s whole thing is to make your sub how you want. Worst experience I have ever had at a subway. So rude just because I did not want my foot touch by a hand that I did not know if it was clean or not.
