  Order was over 25 mins late. I called to get an update and rep stated they are waiting on my fries. I did not order any fries

  I ordered my wings extra crispy, but they arrived soft and only partially tossed in the sauce. I also requested no ice in my drink but received ice, my corn had very little seasoning, and my hot honey fries had no seasoning at all. After spending over $30, l find this level of service and food quality unacceptable. I expect orders to be prepared correctly, and I'm disappointed with this experience. & a worker only solution was to offer me a remake of the order after getting rude with me I FEEL THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

  The food was delicious.. I was in the city for a business trip and ate at this location every day! Delicious food and superb customer service.

  The food was good as always, but it seems this new management team has cut corners. Employees clearly aren't treated Well, and as a reaction to that, take it out on the customer
