  Rude, rude, rude! I've been coming here for years without issue, same person always, I always tip & then one time we have a misunderstanding on an order pick up time & did he offer to make it for me then or explain I came early & he will have it ready at the correct pick up time? No, he was rude and tried to lie to me & tell me I was at the wrong store & that he never recieved my order. He lied about the address, lied about receiving my order because then suddenly he told me my error in the pick up time being incorrect. How did you know that if you never got my order? You are a liar sir! I can not believe the way I was treated after coming here for years. This is how you treat repeat customers that keep your franchise afloat? I will never come back to this location ever again! Terrible customer service! There is literally no other location with this address, but this location. He told me "they" owned another location and that without the actual store number he could not verify they were the location my order was placed...until I pulled up the phone number to call and figure out where my order was...then suddenly it was his location. Wow, liar!

  Online orders come AFTER the restaurant has no customers in line. So, why even order online. Rude.

  Ordered doordash from this location and the Chipotle Philly had almost no meat on it. Literally a single layer of spaced out pieces of steak. I will never order from here again.

  I usually get the Black Forest sub from this location. But I decided to try something different and got the meatball sub. BAD decision! I saw the guy pulling meatballs out of the metal container but there wasn’t much in there. I should have known then not to get it. Then, he pulled sauce out of a new metal container. I ate it for lunch with in 2 hours my stomach was cramping and I was feeling nauseous. By the evening that same day, I was throwing up! I felt so dizzy and thought I was going to faint. I know I have food poisoning l. I am still dealing with the nausea and dizziness the next day. Never again will I order anything else from here. Instead of them throwing out the old meatballs, they want to serve old food to customers. Because they want the money and don’t care about serving fresh food to customers. I’ll be calling code enforcement.
