We recently started coming back to this location after a 3 year hiatus when the food was NOT GOOD but they have turned that ship around and now everything taste great. It has been so good that I have been back twice in two days! The wings are back to being up to what we loved about Wing Stop from day one, the taste and the blue cheese. The place is back to rocking, check it out!

I am not one to write reviews but I had just placed a order from here and tell me in who’s mind from the workers up to the managers mind only bag me a cup of ranch dressing I payed close to 30 dollars just so they wouldn’t give me for what I payed for district mangers needs to go to the store and re train the whole staff if they are doing this kind of stuff to customers that go in there to get what they payed for!!!

Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional experience. After leaving Wingstop and getting home, I received multiple calls accusing me of stealing a purse/bag. Instead of approaching the situation professionally and simply asking if I may have accidentally taken something, they immediately jumped to accusations, threats, and harassment.
I told them I would check even though I knew I did not take anything. Rather than handling the situation correctly, the employee became rude, hung up on me, and continued repeatedly calling my personal phone afterward. Then the general manager called me falsely claiming she “checked the cameras” and saw me take it, which was completely untrue. I told her she was more than welcome to call the police because I knew I did absolutely nothing wrong.
What’s crazy is they had no issue blowing up my phone to accuse me of theft, but somehow couldn’t call back and apologize once they realized they were wrong. If you’re going to accuse customers of stealing, maybe actually verify your facts and check your cameras BEFORE harassing people and making false accusations.
Completely unacceptable customer service and extremely unprofessional behavior.
